Shop and purchases

1. Monthly Subscriptions and Charges: We do not offer any monthly subscriptions, and your charges will be solely associated with your purchases. You will only be billed for the specific items you acquire.

2. Auto-Renewal and Expiry: None of our products, including the VIP package, undergoes automatic renewal. However, we will ensure to send you a reminder email before your expiration date to facilitate your decision-making process. Upon subscription, you will gain access to priority queue, a VIP loadout, and other exclusive VIP features not only on the server of purchase but across all Northmen Dayz servers.

3. VIP Package and Payments: VIP packages are available through monthly payments. Please note that the validity of VIP packages extends from the date of purchase and one month into the future. This validity period is not contingent upon total playtime or server uptime.

4. Custom Knives, Flags and Armbands: Custom knives, Custom Armbands and Custom flags necessitate a one-time purchase per product. Custom armbands and custom knives are items players automatically will spawn with. Custom Flags are required to be re-skinned using an in-game workbench. Bring a vanilla flag to the table and you can select your purchased skin once your order has been completed. 

4.1 Custom Skins: The skins may appear different in game in terms of tone and texture. The texture and design of a preset skin item by The Northmen Dayz may be updated from time to time, but the general design will stay the same. For player customized skins, it is based on a mutual agreement between customer and seller in Discord Ticket. The price and design is agreed on and once agreed to, the design is not changeable. Certain items are prohibited of reskinning in specific colors or camouflage, such as camouflaged NBC clothing, very bright colored clothing and skins breaking our server rules in terms of NSFW policy. 

5. Custom Clantags and Server-Specific Usage: The acquisition of custom clantags pertains to a singular server and is not transferable across multiple servers. This distinction arises due to variations in data configurations unique to each server. Extending the purchased clantag on to multiple servers is only possible through an additional fee of 50 SEK per server added. 

6. Utilization of Images and Designs: The Northmen Dayz AB retains the authority to employ your images and/or designs in conjunction with your custom knife, flag, or armband for promotional and advertising endeavors. This inclusion aims to enhance marketing efforts and other promotional activities. Your creative contributions will be used in a manner consistent with our commitment to showcasing the exceptional quality of our products.

7. Sharing Privileges for Custom Knives and Armbands: The ownership of custom knives and armbands extends to the option of sharing these items with fellow players. As a purchaser, you possess the ability to share the custom knife or armband you have acquired with a maximum of six additional players. This allowance ensures that a collective total of seven individuals can partake in the shared utilization of the purchased item.

8. Product Details: For detailed information regarding each product, kindly refer to the individual product description by clicking on the respective item.

9. Suspension or Ban: In the event of a temporary or permanent ban from The Northmen, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds or compensation for any lost VIP days.

10. Non-Refundable Purchases: All purchases, including VIP packages, are non-refundable. This policy encompasses VIP packages that have been acquired for multiple months in advance.

11. Server Shutdown or Similar Events: In the unlikely event of a server shutdown or similar circumstances, we regret to inform you that there will be no refunds issued for the remaining months of VIP coverage.

12. Discounts and Sales: From time to time, The Northmen Dayz AB may offer discounts and sales on certain products or services. These discounts and sales are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to determine the duration, terms, and conditions of any discounts or sales. Please be aware that purchases made before or after a discount or sale period do not qualify for retroactive price adjustments or refunds. When you make a purchase, you agree to pay the price listed at the time of the transaction, regardless of whether the price of the item is later discounted.

The Northmen Dayz AB does not provide price warranties or guarantees for products or services purchased prior to or after a sale event. We encourage customers to monitor our website or subscribe to our newsletter for information about upcoming discounts and promotions.
