Custom Clantag

Get your group their very own Custom Clantag color and persistance! Meaning your group name, data, markers and members will also be saved across wipes!

Information
Purchasing a custom colored clantag also gives you a group persistence. This means your group data, settings, members, markers and more will be saved across server wipes – so you don’t need to worry about setting up your group again after a server wipe.

Your purchased custom color is valid for one group only and is a one-time purchase that is valid as long as The Northmen is up and running.

The purchase of a custom clantag and persistence can not be transferred to another group. The custom clantag and persistence will stay on the group on which the order was based on. However, If you wish to change any color after purchase, reach out to [email protected] or open a Webshop, VIP, Account & Billing ticket.

Groups will after 14 days of inactivity be deleted automatically. If you stop being active, your original group will be lost and no data can be saved across wipes. However, if your group gets deleted due to inactivity and you start a new group later, you are entitled your colored tag and a new persistence.

Procedure
Important! You must have created the group in-game first!
Please select a custom color using the RGB selector at the product page. Make sure you enter your group’s name and shortname so we can find the correct group this will be added to & select which server. The group must be created prior your purchase, otherwise there is no group for us to apply it to.

In the checkout you must enter your Discord ID as well as your Steam 64 ID. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after your order has been received. Once your order is processed and custom knife is active you will receive a confirmation on this as well. Please check your spam/junk folder.

We handle orders fastest during our business hours (10:00 – 22:00 Central European Time) which can take between 15-120 minutes. If orders are purchased outside of our business hours, please allow up to 6 hours processing time.
